Sioen acquires Glen Raven PVC

Sioen Industries announced it will acquire the Glen Raven Group PVC coating activities, according to a Behind the Seams article. The PVC coating activities production unit is in France and the sales office is located in the U.S. The acquisition is expected to strengthen both companies’ positions in the market for PVC-coated technical fabrics for transport, industry, environment, tensile structures, solar protection, tents and inkjet printing.
