JEC WORLD unveils new name, venue

Composites exhibition JEC will move to a bigger venue and sport a new name in 2016. The newly named JEC World will take place March 8-10 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center in the Paris suburb of Villepinte. The exhibition and accompanying conferences, which are expected to attract some 1,300 companies from 100 countries and an attendance of 27,000, will address the entire composites value chain from raw materials to intermediates and such end-user industries as aerospace and aeronautics, automotive, energy, building and construction, sports and leisure.

“Our new format should reward and inspire our ever-growing number of visitors,” said JEC Group president and CEO Frédérique Mutel. “JEC World 2016 will be the place where innovative minds can find even more diverse and often unexpected perspectives on Composites and can share their discoveries with others.”
