Software and sales experts join forces for sewn products

Apparel software developer BYTE Software Services and sewn products automation and marketing experts TexTempo have formed an alliance to broaden digital manufacturing process improvement solutions in the sewn products industry. Under the recent agreement, TexTempo has become the exclusive sales agent for BYTE shop floor control, enterprise resource planning and other manufacturing solutions in North America.

TexTempo brings to the partnership its experience in manufacturing automation for the apparel, automotive, furniture, marine, bedding and technical textiles industries to lead the launch of the new BYTETIME family of wireless, tablet-based apps. The new platform includes real-time shop floor control, piecework payroll, production, quality control, inventory, and shipping and receiving solutions, a recent press release says.

BYTE offers shop floor control, payroll, quality control, raw materials management, sourcing, order management and distribution software solutions to the sewn products industry.
