The ZZZN Sleep Apparel System is a voluminous puffer jacket that doubles as a cozy sleep sack, so users can doze off anywhere and anytime in comfort. But beyond its apparent comfortability, it also offers biometric data monitoring and headphones that play  music with frequency bands to help people fall asleep.

The ZZZN puffer jacket for sleep modernizes “Yagi,” a traditional Japanese winter nightwear. The apparel has drawstrings on the sleeves and hem and cuff tabs, all adjustable to fit the user’s body type. The product has photoelectric fiber padding for light weight and to keep the internal temperature warm for the user.

The jacket also includes the SOXAI ring, a wearable device that monitors the user’s sleep state, stress level, heart rate, and other biometric data. As it connects to a smartphone using the app, users can keep track of their sleep. The product’s headphones, built into the headpiece of the sleepwear, plays music with frequency bands, similar to binaural beats, which is believed to help people fall asleep.

Red lighting on top of the jacket’s hood or headpiece, just above the forehead of the user, is supposed to also help the wearer fall asleep, all while feeling the flickering rhythm of the wearable technology, which can aid with sleep. Upon waking up, the device plays soothing music, and the light transitions from red to blue to help the user wake up slowly.

The product makes its public debut during Expo 2025 Osaka, which runs from April 13th, 2025, through October 13th, 2025.
