Ultraflex appoints Kylie Schleicher as vice president of business development and product management

Ultraflex Systems announced the promotion of Kylie Schleicher to vice president of business development and product management. In this role, she will lead strategic business development and product management initiatives.

Previously serving as director of product development and product management, Schleicher played a key role in advancing Ultraflex’s product strategy, driving material innovation, and identifying new market opportunities that support the evolving needs of print service providers. “Kylie’s leadership, industry insight, and commitment to innovation have made a lasting impact on our organization,” says Ron Schneider, CEO of Ultraflex Systems. “Her ability to connect product development with real market needs positions us for continued growth, and we are confident she will play a critical role in shaping the future of Ultraflex.”

Schleicher is an active contributor to the print and graphics community, serving on the Sustainability Board with PRINTING United. She has been recognized as one of Specialty Fabrics Review’s 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders and previously served on the Fabric Graphics Board with Advanced Textiles Association.
