Solon, Ohio-based HDT Global (HDT), provider of equipment to government, military, commercial and industrial customers, has acquired the business and assets of DHS Technologies LLC, from investment firm Kanders & Company of Stamford, Conn. DHS provides rapidly deployable expeditionary equipment, including its DRASH shelters. As part of the transaction, Kanders & Company will retain minority shareholding in the combined company.
HDT Global produces state-of-the-art, fully integrated, deployable solutions, including shelters, generators, heaters, air-filtration devices, robotics and other engineered technologies, currently used by United States and allied military units worldwide, as well as civilian government and commercial customers.
