Polygiene technology aims to keep clothes fresher

Polygiene Stays Fresh Technology is applied to clothes with the aim of keeping the wearer fresh all day. Because a silver salt is permanently applied to each product, the company says that people can wear the garments more and wash them less, saving time, water and energy associated with washing.

The Polygiene treatment is made from 100 percent recycled silver and is intended for applications in the fashion, sport and home design markets. Polygiene showcased it’s treatments at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in Denver, Colo. in July.
